Bengal Bulls Core Committee
The Bengal Bulls Club committee is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising all activities associated with the club. This includes developing an annual budget, managing fundraising efforts, setting policies and procedures for the safe operation of motorcycles in the area, overseeing projects related to motorcycle maintenance or repair and maintaining records regarding memberships and other pertinent information. Additionally, it is up to this group of dedicated individuals to enforce rules governing behavior both on-site during ride events as well as off-site while outside of designated Motorcycle Club areas.
The Bengal Bulls Club Committee consists of eleven voting members along with several additional honorary/nonvoting members who can offer expertise but have no say when key votes are made. The core committee will be determined through a voting process at the Annual General Meeting.
On a gap of every three months, Bengal Bulls will hold a meeting.
This team also plays a role primary role in coordinating safety programs held throughout each riding season which may include training sessions focused around proper gear wear including helmets and protection from injury due environment risk factors like dust storms etc.. They will usually schedule outside advice such as presentations provided industry professionals either online via seminars or live demonstrations at actual meetups.
